Bosch EXPERT 6 Piece Sheet Metal PC Plus Hole Saw Set

The Bosch EXPERT 6 Piece Sheet Metal PC Plus Hole Saw Set is a specialist carbide hole saw kit designed for cutting precise holes in sheet metal, including stainless steel and hard steel grades. Traditional BiMetal hole saws struggle in demanding sheet metal applications — they wear quickly and lack the precision required for industrial work or vehicle bodywork. The EXPERT Sheet Metal PC Plus addresses this directly, lasting up to 50 times longer than standard Bosch BiMetal hole saws in tough materials. Each hole saw in the set is machined from a single cylinder of turned metal, eliminating the seams and weak points found in conventional welded designs. The individually ground and sharpened carbide teeth are brazed directly onto the body, combining exceptional hardness with cutting precision. The compact working length keeps the tool stable during use, making it well suited to sheet metal fabrication, automotive work, and industrial installation tasks where accuracy is critical. The set is compatible with the Bosch Power Change Plus keyless arbor system for fast, tool-free blade changes.
